If you are not completely satisfied with BurnPeak for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund. This applies to both opened and unopened bottles.
To start a refund, please email our support team at support@visifloura.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and process your refund promptly after receiving the returned product.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
